Classes run Monday through Friday. After-School Leadership starts at 3:30 PM; kids' programs (Warriors, Gladiators, Spartans, Titans) run from 4:30–7:00 PM depending on level; Teens & Adults train 7:00–7:45 PM. Saturday is reserved for events and special training days.

Membership starts at $189/month. We're always running specials — contact us to ask about current offers.

Belt testing takes place every two months and there are equipment costs. Optional events like tournaments, Parents Night Out, and after-school pickup are priced separately.

We welcome students starting at age 4.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing — shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt work great. Once you enroll, you'll receive your uniform. No special gear needed to get started.

Yes. The structure, focus, and routine of martial arts training has been shown to benefit many children with ADHD and attention challenges. We work with children depending on individual needs — the best approach is to come in, meet us, and give it a try.

Yes. Self-defense is woven into our curriculum for all age groups, including dedicated women's self-defense and Jiu-Jitsu classes.

Absolutely. We actively support women's martial arts — including Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense programs designed specifically for women.

Our primary style is Taekwondo (ITF). We also incorporate Kickboxing, Karate, and Jiu-Jitsu for a well-rounded martial arts education.

On average, 3½ years — but a black belt is just the beginning. You've mastered the fundamentals and are ready to keep growing.

Yes. We compete in local tournaments and some students go on to compete nationally and internationally.

Yes. Our After-School Leadership Program includes school pickup and is its own separate service. Ask staff for details.

Yes! We host Parents Night Out events throughout the year — a night of martial arts fun for your kids while you enjoy a well-deserved break. Contact us to find out about the next date.
